I went to a pumpkin carving event last night.
It was at a shop for LGBTQ+ merchandise…
And they organize a lot of events for the community.
Well, what better way to run a business…
Than to help an underserved audience…
(There is not actually a lot of gay media, merch, and events)
And provide options no one else offers.
This is exactly what Jason teaches:
Zoom in hardcore on an audience…
And make content that solves their biggest, most painful problem.
That is real leverage.
Because the audience doesn’t have to figure out if your solution is for them or not.
It very clearly is… or isn’t… right off the bat.
That’s why they say “the riches are in the niches…”
And this leverage is naturally built into small niche communities and groups.
Now we can apply this to our content.
Most people do not - their content is generic and not dialed in.
