How Rich & Poor People Think Alike

Money Secrets From A Financial Therapist

I was at a marketing party on Rainey Street last night…

Thankfully the Rainey St Ripper didn’t get me.

But it’s easy to see how drunk idiots can stumble off Rainey St…

And right into the lake!

I walked the trail before the party…

And at one point, you can literally walk right into the lake off the street.

You could drive your car right into it too.

Also, if you’re a single straight female or a gay man…

That trail is a hot spot for you.

I saw dozens of shirtless hunks in shorty shorts.

Make a beeline to Austin right now.

Just watch out for the Rainey Street Ripper.

Luckily, nobody died last night and I had a good time.

I talked to a financial psychologist at the party.

He’s basically a financial therapist for the affluent.

So I asked, across the board, what’s the #1 problem you’ve helped people with?

And he said, it’s rich parents who have unmotivated kids.

The kids are usually in their 30s.

But the parents have given them $$ their whole life.

So they don’t have a reason to do anything.

I said, that’s funny because that sounds like people who don’t have money.

They’re not motivated.

Just no reason to work or try anything or have ambition.

He agreed that it’s basically the same mindset…

An entitlement attitude whether $$ is coming from your parents or from welfare.

Now that I’ve talked to witches and PhDs about money mindsets…

I want to know your mindset around money.

Btw, the translation is actually more like “money is one of the roots of all evil.”

Do you believe that?

Why or why not?
