The overlooked stepchild of email profits

If you’re a brand looking to upgrade your email profits..

Or you’re a freelancer trying to jumpstart your own email list..

What do you typically do first?

Oh yeah… strategy, offers, traffic, copy..

Right?

People think of those things first..

But those things are NOT actually what you should focus on first..

Because there’s a whole other side to a successful email program..

The tech, software, and deliverability..

Or what I call, setting up your cash printing machine..

Because if your machine isn’t setup properly..

You can’t print the cash!

So it doesn’t matter what strategy, offers or copy you try to run through the machine..

It’s like if you wanted to send a fax (haha)..

Or make a scan/copy of a document..

But the copy machine doesn’t work..

Some connections are missing or messed up..

Doesn’t matter how much time and effort you put into that document..

You won’t get a copy or fax coming out on the other end.

Then again…

Maybe your “email machine” works well enough to print…

But it prints slowly…

And the ink is fading..

You have to continuously fight against paper jams…

So profits just drip drip at a slow pace.

A lot of brands are right here at this point.

Sure they make money..

But we really need to rip up their old machine and get them a new one...

Or at least do some quality maintenance on it.

That’s why I think of tech and software like the overlooked stepchild of email programs..

It’s like the darling Cinderella that you leave neglected at home.

And while I don’t explicitly plan to get into tech on our free email Zoom tomorrow..

You can certainly bring your questions if anything has tripped you up..

Or you feel stuck with it.

So this is your last chance to sign up for the free Zoom tomorrow..

Where we will talk about building your email list..

And any other questions you want to bring to the table..

But I’ll only send the Zoom link to folks who RSVP “yes” on the poll below..

So if you’ve already done that, then your next email from me will be a Zoom link..
