After all this time:

I still find coffee shops magical…

There’s just something in the air…

Like millions of dollars to be made on the internet…

Books to write…

Problems to solve.

Today I’m at a 24/7 coffee shop to finish up some client work…

This coffee shop is also a hot spot for local UT students.

In the next few hours though…

The room will clear up…

Students will go home and sleep…

I’ll be here finishing up my project.

It’s a good reminder:

Everyone starts an idea with enthusiasm and energy…

Slowly but surely, people drop out one by one.

For example:

I told my friend about marketing funnels yesterday…

How everyone enters the funnel at the top…

At least somewhat interested in your message…

But you filter them through more messages…

By the end you only have the best quality customers left on your customer list.

These are the people who keep going…

While the rest drop like flies.

Speaking of which…
