Taylor Swift + Travis Kelce's "List Swap"

I guess we’re ready for it:

Taylor Swift had the time of her life at the Chiefs game on Sunday…

Whisked away in Travis Kelce’s getaway car…

Taylor Swift deserves to be happy, damn it.

But who would’ve foreseen this collaboration between the NFL and…

…Taylor Swift?

If you look at it, that’s basically what it is.

A good ole collab-o.

Even the most unlikely partnerships can produce powerful results.

NFL fans might like Taylor Swift a bit more (maybe)

Taylor Swift fans are now tuning into NFL stuff.

Viewership of Chiefs games will probably skyrocket.

It’s like they did a list swap 😂

Almost literally too… just not through email…

“Travis Kelce's Instagram following skyrockets by 276%, jersey sales rise 400% after Taylor Swift link-up”

Seems like he’s got about 500k new IG followers this week…

All because of their “list swap.”

And it’s translated to cold hard sales too:

His jersey sales are in the top 10 now.

We could talk about the power of influence here, blah blah blah.

But you get the point…

Your associations and partnerships can accelerate your results in a hurry if you strike up the right ones.

This all started when Travis went to Taylor’s concert in July…

He talked about it on his podcast…

And he’s been supporting her and her music publicly the last few months.

Then, this last Sunday…

Taylor returned the favor by coming to his Chiefs game.

It only took one day for Taylor Swift to come in and effectively market the NFL better than they market themselves…

Just Simply by showing up to a stadium.

I think it would be cool to see an official NFL partnership with Taylor Swift…

Maybe they are a little sad she wasn’t booked for the Super Bowl halftime performance this year after all.

Imagine what that would have looked like if this Travis Kelce thing keeps going…

So, it’s great to think through how you can support people in your circle…

And reach out to make connections.

Maybe offer them a friendship bracelet and see what happens…

Show them some love. Do things a little differently than their exes. Or maybe not that last part.

Just depends on what your goals are here.

Keep it appropriate.

We can all strike gold if we work together.
